The Q.C. facility is supported by well equipped tool room and labs added to these are our flawless inspection and testing facilities that further take manufacturing standards to levels of excellence. Besides supplying forging in semi m/c condition, we also supply casting in fully machined and specially heat treated condition as per customer's requirement. Finished weight ranges from 50 Kg to 3500 Kg. Per piece and can be produced as single item or in small batches or mass scale production as required. Our latest testing machines and equipments allow no margins of error in the physical & chemical properties.

The German made spectro machine test 36 elements up to 5 digits of accuracy. It is supported with state of the art tensile testing till- 196°C., all NDT test such as V-T, DP & MP with level 2 qualified people.
